So I acted out on a dream from the other night and sent a Cranky Christmas DVD & CD to Craig Ferguson of "The Late Late Show" fame. Wrote a funny introduction letter for one Ferguson from another, so now we wait and see. Best case scenario, Wendell Ferguson gets to go Cranky on the Late Late Show, worst case scenario.... I lose the receipt for the postage and I'm out $27.64 to claim on my 2010 corporate taxes. |

Spent the better part of yesterday preparing the docs & gathering the goods, and today we ship over 40 CD's ands 24 DVDs all in the quest of capturing a JUNO!!!!!!
The Juno Awards don't have a "holiday" category so God only knows where we might fit in but the game plan became simple, throw as much mud at the wall as we could and see what sticks. So for the "...of the Year" bragging rights, we've submitted our little Christmas show, Wendell Ferguson's Cranky Christmas, in the Country, Songwriter, Producer, Recording Engineer, Music DVD and last but not least, Packaging categories. And now, we get to work..... |
